Job Summary

OneTech Associates is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Foodcourt Counter Staff to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Foodcourt Counter Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent service. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Take customer orders, accurately input orders into the system, and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to company standards.
• Handle cash and process payments via the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring all utensils, condiments, and packaging materials are stocked.
• Ensure that all food safety standards and health regulations are followed at all times.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Support the team in keeping the foodcourt area tidy and presentable.

Working Hours

• Shifts may vary based on the needs of the foodcourt, but generally range from 4 to 6 hours per shift.
