Job Summary
OneTech Associates is a leading brand in the food and hospitality industry, looking for motivated and reliable part-time Cashiers & Counter Staff to join our dynamic team in our branded foodcourt. You will play an integral role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the foodcourt area. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system, issue receipts, and ensure the accurate handling of all monetary transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, special promotions, and product availability to assist customers with recommendations.
- Food Preparation & Serving: Assist with food preparation and serve customers promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet food safety standards.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized counter, dining area, and kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory and inform management about stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner.

Experience
- Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Experience in foodservice or retail is beneficial.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Working Hours
- Part-time positions available with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Approximately 15-25 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs.
