OneTech Associates is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Counter Staff in our Food Service division. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food and beverages according to set guidelines and standards
• Serve food and drinks to customers at the counter or table as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and surrounding areas
• Handle cash and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and safety
• Assist with stocking inventory and managing supplies
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and calm manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience

Working Hours

• Flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• 20-30 hours per week, with potential for more hours during peak times
