Job Summary

OneTech Associates is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Counter Staff in a well-known branded foodcourt. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that they receive excellent service and enjoy a positive experience while visiting our foodcourt. As a Part-Time Counter Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive at the counter.
• Take customer orders accurately, providing menu suggestions when needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and giving the correct change.
• Prepare food and beverages as per the menu and ensure high quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter, seating areas, and kitchen spaces.
• Manage food delivery and ensure quick service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
• Assist with stock replenishment and keeping inventory records updated.
• Ensure the counter area is well-stocked with necessary items, such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
