Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our Foodcourt team as Front Desk & Counter Staff. This is a part-time role that involves providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the foodcourt environment. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, approachable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring order specifications are noted.
  • Process transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Manage food and drink deliveries, ensuring orders are prepared and served correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and counter area.
  • Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and address complaints promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure the foodcourt maintains high standards.
  • Support other staff members to ensure the overall success of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Proficiency with POS systems or willingness to learn.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or foodservice environment is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:
