Key Responsibilities

• Monitor students progress and assess their understanding of course material.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
• Patience and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate students.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
• No prior teaching experience is required—training will be provided.

Experience

• No formal experience required; however, previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring will be a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with children or young adults in any capacity is beneficial.

Working Hours
