Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and order processing.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Achieve customer service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive resolutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while handling difficult or irate customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting customer issues.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or night shift role.
- Experience in handling customer complaints, troubleshooting, and issue resolution is preferred.
- Previous experience in a tech or digital service environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
- This is a remote night shift position, requiring availability during night hours (typically 10 PM to 6 AM local time).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Overtime may be offered during peak periods.
