Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated E-commerce Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
• Track, monitor, and evaluate website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns based on data findings.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify market trends and positioning strategies.
• Assist in implementing data visualization dashboards to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms and reporting tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience

• No prior professional experience is required. However, coursework, projects, or internships in data analysis, statistics, or e-commerce will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours (10–20 hours per week) to accommodate students or individuals managing other commitments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and identifying actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and customer behavior patterns.
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and platforms.
