Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at IT Sight Technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into designated systems and databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data standards.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
- Assist in generating regular reports as needed by the management team.
- Respond to queries and follow up on pending data issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are followed.
- Support the team in improving data entry processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum of 40 words per minute).
- Familiarity with data entry software and database management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality standards.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other data management systems is desirable but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours; however, candidates must be available for a minimum of 4-6 hours per day.
- This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time depending on performance.
