Job Summary


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at IT Sight Technologies. Key Responsibilities



  • Enter data into designated systems and databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data standards.

  • Organize and maintain electronic files and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.

  • Assist in generating regular reports as needed by the management team.

  • Respond to queries and follow up on pending data issues.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.

  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are followed.

  • Support the team in improving data entry processes and systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.

  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum of 40 words per minute).

  • Familiarity with data entry software and database management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality standards.


Experience



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.

  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other data management systems is desirable but not mandatory.


Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours; however, candidates must be available for a minimum of 4-6 hours per day.

  • This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time depending on performance.
