Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Data Analyst Intern to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design data-driven strategies.
• Monitor and analyze competitors marketing and sales trends.
• Support the team in data cleaning and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in identifying customer behavior patterns and suggesting strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct research on market trends and share actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience or coursework in data analysis, marketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Internship or project experience in a related field is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours; 20-25 hours per week.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team in different time zones.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools.
