Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Talent Acquisition Marketing Account Management Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, marketing, and account management while contributing to impactful recruitment and branding strategies. As part of a dynamic work environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our efforts in attracting top talent and strengthening our client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns focused on employer branding and talent outreach.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and innovative strategies in recruitment marketing.
- Support the development and management of social media and digital marketing efforts, including creating engaging content.
- Analyze and interpret recruitment and marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience
- Previous internship or academic project experience in marketing, recruitment, or account management is desirable but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
- Hybrid or remote working options available, depending on the candidates location and preferences.
