Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for products or services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver accurate assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelors degree is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
- No prior experience is required; however, any previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.
- On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Working Hours
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
