Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Support Representatives. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively by providing accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the companys CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for products or services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver accurate assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and empathetic attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelors degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; however, any previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.
• On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.

Working Hours

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Flexible schedules available to suit diverse needs.
