Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Evening Babysitters. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact on families in their community. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children of varying ages in their homes.
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, arts and crafts, or storytime.
• Prepare light meals or snacks for children as needed.
• Assist with bedtime routines, including bathing, dressing, and reading bedtime stories.
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to any household rules and safety instructions provided by the parents.
• Communicate with parents regarding the childrens activities or any incidents during your time with them.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to child care, such as tidying up toys or cleaning up after meals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A genuine love for children and an ability to create a positive rapport with them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A responsible and trustworthy nature.
• Basic first-aid knowledge is preferred.
• No formal certifications are required, but experience babysitting or working with children is a plus.
• Teens (minimum age of 16) are encouraged to apply, provided they have parental permission and transportation arrangements.

Experience

• Prior experience in babysitting, caregiving, or volunteering with children is beneficial but not mandatory.
• On-the-job guidance and support will be provided for new babysitters.

Working Hours

• This is a part-time, evening position. Hours may range from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility depending on family needs.
• Weekend evening shifts may also be available upon request.
