Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our e-commerce platform, product offerings, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and update customer accounts as needed, ensuring records are accurate.
- Identify and escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment (1+ years preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible part-time hours (20-25 hours per week), including evening and weekend shifts based on customer demand.
