Job Summary:
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. As a Work from Home Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and handling inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers to offer services, products, or promotions.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and solving problems.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer feedback, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer information and follow up on leads effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume, sales, or customer satisfaction goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and responding appropriately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience:
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
- Work-from-home setup with the ability to create your own schedule (subject to business needs).
