Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Banking & Finance Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to banking and financial services. Both morning and evening shifts are available, offering flexibility to suit different schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assist customers with banking transactions, account inquiries, and troubleshooting financial issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments.
- Educate customers on banking products, policies, and procedures to enhance their experience.
- Identify and report potential fraudulent activities or risks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Banking, Finance, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRMs, and other software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Experience
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or banking is a plus.
Working Hours
- Morning shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Rotational weekends or holidays, depending on schedule.

- Familiarity with banking regulations and procedures (training provided).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
