Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to IT and software products or services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Handle customer queries via multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the companys CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist in onboarding new users with system setup, configurations, and training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and technical systems.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by addressing complaints, feedback, or escalations with professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software tools, and customer support practices.
- Proficient in troubleshooting basic software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in IT/technical support, customer service, or a related role.
- Freshers with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible working schedule with shifts available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (based on customer needs).
- Option to work weekends or extended hours depending on workload and business requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with software applications and tools used in customer support, such as ticketing systems and virtual communication platforms.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
