Key Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the companys CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist in onboarding new users with system setup, configurations, and training.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and technical systems.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service by addressing complaints, feedback, or escalations with professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software tools, and customer support practices.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting basic software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT/technical support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Freshers with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working schedule with shifts available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (based on customer needs).
  • Option to work weekends or extended hours depending on workload and business requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with software applications and tools used in customer support, such as ticketing systems and virtual communication platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
