  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role (entry-level applicants with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with availability for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
