Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and software is an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate different platforms.
• High level of patience and empathy to handle customer concerns effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts: Morning shifts (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) or Evening shifts (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
• Freelance, part-time position with the opportunity to adjust your hours based on availability.
