Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently.
- Provide product or service information to customers and guide them on how to use company offerings.
- Handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality service.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours
- Flexible part-time shifts, ranging from 4 to 6 hours per day.
- Morning, evening, and weekend shifts are available.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of basic customer service principles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
