Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, and online communication software.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not required.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time schedule (10–25 hours per week).
