Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quality and resolution rates.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to deliver informed support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); a bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and basic office applications.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome.
  • Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of call center experience will have an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options: Morning and Evening schedules are available.
  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • 5-day workweek, with rotational weekends off.
