Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for macOS devices, software, and applications.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues for individual and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on macOS best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Apple products, features, and updates.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in macOS, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience

Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with options for part-time, full-time, or shift schedules.
