Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a motivated and creative Entry-Level Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals eager to kick-start their career in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing).

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategies.

• Conduct keyword research and basic SEO optimization for blog posts and website content.

• Assist in email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

• Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide insights for campaign optimization.

• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.

• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.

• Internships or freelance experience in marketing are highly valued but not required.

Working Hours

• Flexible work hours, with a requirement to be available for virtual meetings and team collaborations as needed.

• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (adjustable based on time zones).
