Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

• Create engaging and high-quality content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms.

• Manage social media accounts and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and improve search engine rankings.

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

• Assist in the development of lead generation strategies and nurture marketing-qualified leads through the sales funnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media management.

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role.

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.

• Prior experience in B2B or B2C marketing is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on project deadlines and campaign schedules.

• Availability for virtual meetings and team collaborations as needed.

• Part-time (20+ hours/week) and full-time (40 hours/week) options available.
