Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Operator to support our AI & Machine Learning projects. The role involves handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI models. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain large datasets in AI & Machine Learning systems.

• Ensure data integrity and correctness by performing regular quality checks.

• Label, categorize, and annotate data as required for AI training models.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists to improve data-processing efficiency.

• Detect and rectify inconsistencies in data entries to improve AI performance.

• Follow data security and confidentiality protocols.

• Work within predefined project deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong typing speed with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.

• Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.

• Prior experience in AI data annotation or working with large datasets is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-time options available.

• Flexible shift timings based on project needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with database management systems.
