As a transcriptionist, you will be responsible for converting audio and video content into accurate, well-formatted text. Key Responsibilities

For Voice-Over Artists:

• Record clear, engaging, and high-quality voice-overs based on provided scripts.
• Adapt tone, pitch, and emotion to match the contents intent.
• Edit and refine recordings to eliminate background noise and ensure professional-quality output.
• Follow client instructions regarding pacing, pronunciation, and delivery style.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.

For Transcriptionists:

• Listen carefully to audio and video content and accurately transcribe it into text.
• Edit transcripts for grammatical correctness, punctuation, and clarity.
• Ensure time-stamping and formatting guidelines are met when required.
• Research difficult words, terminologies, and accents to improve transcription accuracy.
• Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For Voice-Over Artists:

• Excellent vocal control, clarity, and diction.
• Ability to modulate voice to suit different genres and tones.
• Experience with voice recording software and basic audio editing tools.
• Strong command of the language, pronunciation, and articulation.
• Prior experience in voice-over work (a plus but not mandatory).

For Transcriptionists:

• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation proficiency.
• Ability to recognize different accents and dialects.
• Experience with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai, Descript).
• Fast typing speed (minimum 60 WPM preferred).

Experience
