Job Summary:
Southwest Airlines is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Administrative Assistant to support our teams with daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing reports.

Maintain and update company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

Conduct research and compile data to support business operations and decision-making.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
Experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Flexible schedule, but must be available during core business hours.
Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
