This role is integral to ensuring a seamless booking experience for our passengers by handling reservations, processing ticketing transactions, and maintaining accurate data records. Key Responsibilities

  • Process ticket reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds through Southwests booking system.

  • Verify passenger information and ensure accurate data entry for all transactions.

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to flights, ticketing policies, and fare rules.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve booking issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, industry regulations, and data security standards.

  • Analyze and process travel data for reporting and operational improvements.

  • Support digital ticketing and e-document distribution.

  • Provide assistance with loyalty program inquiries and upgrades.

  • Maintain high-quality service standards in a remote work environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Previous experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or data entry is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential customer information securely.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems (GDS experience preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in ticketing, reservations, or data processing (preferred but not required).

  • Experience working in a remote customer service or administrative role is advantageous.


Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time hours.

  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on airline operational needs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of airline ticketing policies and procedures is a plus.
