Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or travel industry is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to learn airline-specific software.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote setting.

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role preferred.

  • Experience in an airline, hospitality, or travel industry is advantageous.

  • Previous remote work experience is a plus but not required.


Working Hours:
