OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development - Student Recruitment professional to join our team. The role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract and enroll students for our educational programs. You will work closely with academic institutions, marketing teams, and prospective students to drive enrollment growth and expand our outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.

  • Identify and build partnerships with educational institutions, career counselors, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in student recruitment.

  • Organize and attend education fairs, open days, and virtual events to promote OneTech Associates programs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and provide guidance throughout the application process.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies.

  • Provide regular reports on recruitment efforts and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in student recruitment, business development, or sales.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and partners effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events and partner meetings.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in student recruitment, higher education marketing, or business development.

  • Experience working with international student recruitment is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexibility in working hours.

  • Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for events and recruitment activities.
