Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize content strategies.

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster online community relationships.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports for key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce engaging multimedia content.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.

  • Creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.

  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

  • Background in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.


Working Hours
