Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee HR functions remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals.

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, engagement programs, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.

• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

• Maintain and update HR records, reports, and employee documentation.

• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.

• Drive HR initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.

• Experience in remote workforce management is a plus.

• Prior experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday.

• Availability for virtual meetings across different time zones when required.
