Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

• Analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

• Manage and grow social media presence by creating compelling content and engaging with audiences.

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and best practices.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Mailchimp.

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

• Knowledge of website management platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field.

• Experience managing paid ad campaigns and organic social media strategies.

• Prior experience working in a fully remote role is a plus but not mandatory.
