The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure quality service.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call handling targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.
- Prior call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Night shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (IST)
- 5–6 working days per week (rotational shifts may apply).
- Flexible part-time shifts available.
