Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated female Tele Callers to join our dynamic remote team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads through outbound calls. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the companys products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to generate interest.
• Maintain and update a database of customer information.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Maintain call records and prepare reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional tone.

Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Service, or Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
• Experience in BPO, call centers, or similar industries will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 6-8 hours per day.
• Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).

• Strong ability to handle outbound calls and engage customers.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
