Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, influencers, and networks to expand reach.

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring continuous engagement and optimal performance.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

• Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging.

• Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates to maximize profitability.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in affiliate marketing.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or similar tools.

• Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize performance.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills for building successful partnerships.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization strategies.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partner management.

• Previous experience managing large affiliate networks is a plus.

• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or tech industries is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.

• Availability for occasional virtual meetings in different time zones may be required.
