Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Growth Marketer to help scale our online presence and drive customer acquisition. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, perfect for self-motivated marketers who thrive in a performance-based environment. As a Growth Marketer, you will implement creative and data-driven strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and optimize marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Create and manage performance-based digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Implement content marketing strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and viral marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other marketers to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experiment with new growth hacking techniques and automation tools to streamline marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, email automation tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with freelance or remote teams is a plus.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced digital environment is highly desirable.
