Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Retail Stockroom Manager to oversee the stockroom operations in a dynamic retail environment. This role is specifically designed for a motivated teen leader who is looking to develop strong management and organizational skills. The Stockroom Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating stock movement, ensuring a well-organized storage area, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.

• Ensure stockroom organization for easy access and efficiency.

• Work closely with sales associates to ensure stock replenishment.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for reorders.

• Ensure stock handling procedures comply with company policies.

• Assist in training junior stockroom employees.

• Keep stock areas clean, orderly, and safe.

• Report damaged or missing inventory items.

• Support in processing shipments and returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
