OneTech Associates is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Experience in remote workforce management.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other HR software solutions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles within fintech, technology, or financial services industries.

  • Hands-on experience managing recruitment, performance evaluation, and compliance processes.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Must be available for key team meetings across multiple time zones.
