Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys goals and fintech industry standards.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation structures.
Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
Organize and facilitate training programs for leadership and employees.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience in remote workforce management.
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other HR software solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven experience in HR leadership roles within fintech, technology, or financial services industries.
Hands-on experience managing recruitment, performance evaluation, and compliance processes.
