Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Cabin Crew / Air Hostess:

  • Ensure passengers safety and comfort during the flight.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including serving food and drinks.
  • Assist passengers with any special requirements or emergencies.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin.

• Ground Staff:

  • Assist with passenger check-in, luggage handling, and boarding processes.
  • Provide information and assistance to passengers at the airport.
  • Manage flight schedules, gate assignments, and boarding procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.

• Air Ticketing:

  • Process flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Assist passengers in selecting the best flights and fares.
  • Ensure accurate ticket issuance and payment processing.
  • Provide customer support regarding travel arrangements and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or travel-related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a bonus).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• For Cabin Crew/Air Hostess: Physical fitness and the ability to meet the health requirements.
• For Air Ticketing: Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality role is preferred.
• Experience in the aviation industry or travel agency is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for ground staff and ticketing roles.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Rotational shifts for Cabin Crew/Air Hostess roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Customer service excellence, with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and airline policies (for Cabin Crew roles).
• Good understanding of ticketing systems and flight booking procedures (for Air Ticketing and Ground Staff).
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with attention to personal grooming.
