Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated, personable, and professional Air Hostess / Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following safety procedures and protocols.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings with the crew, checking all emergency equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with boarding, and addressing their needs throughout the flight.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated when necessary.
• Handle and resolve passenger concerns or issues in a professional and calm manner.
• Conduct in-flight demonstrations of safety equipment and procedures to ensure passengers understand their role in emergency situations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin before, during, and after the flight.
• Assist with emergency procedures, evacuations, and first aid as required.
• Work collaboratively with other cabin crew members to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations.
• Monitor passengers behavior and enforce company policies, including those related to in-flight safety and comfort.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
• Valid cabin crew certification from a recognized aviation authority (e.g., FAA, EASA).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a flight attendant or air hostess (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Ability to pass medical exams and meet physical fitness requirements.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with fellow crew members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service roles or in the hospitality industry is highly valued.
• Experience in aviation and cabin crew operations will be advantageous but not required for entry-level applicants.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Flexibility required as flights may be scheduled during various hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Long-haul and short-haul routes may involve varying shifts and layovers.
