Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers aboard our flights. Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers as they board and provide assistance with finding their seats and stowing luggage.
• Ensure that all safety and emergency procedures are followed, including briefing passengers on safety equipment and exits.
• Serve meals, drinks, and snacks to passengers during flights, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Respond to passenger inquiries, ensuring that their needs and comfort are met throughout the flight.
• Manage any onboard emergencies, including medical situations, and assist in evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Perform pre-flight safety checks, ensuring all equipment and emergency items are in working condition.
• Communicate with the flight crew and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the flight.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin during the flight.
• Monitor and address any passenger behavioral concerns, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• FAA certification or completion of an accredited flight attendant training program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage customer needs effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items (e.g., overhead luggage) and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer skills for flight-related documentation and communication.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not required.
• Experience in dealing with stressful situations and conflict resolution is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flights may vary based on scheduling needs, with flexibility required.
• Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.
• Shifts may include long hours with multiple time zones.
• Travel is frequent, with overnight stays in various locations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep knowledge of airline safety regulations, emergency procedures, and customer service protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in emergency situations.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with the flight crew.
• A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for passengers.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR procedures.
