Job Summary:

OneTech Associates is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aircraft Cabin Presentation Crew to join our team at Adelaide Airport. As a member of the cabin presentation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation inside the aircraft cabin. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a positive and professional environment for passengers before departure. You will be working closely with the flight crew and other cabin services staff to deliver a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the aircraft cabin is clean and well-presented before departure, including seats, tray tables, overhead compartments, and restrooms.
• Perform checks to ensure all safety equipment is in place and functioning.
• Set up the cabin in preparation for passenger boarding, ensuring all necessary items (blankets, pillows, magazines, etc.) are neatly arranged.
• Follow company standards for hygiene and safety while handling materials and equipment.
• Assist in the boarding and disembarkation process, providing additional support when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with flight attendants, ground staff, and management.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant departments immediately.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory procedures in all aspects of the job.
• Ensure compliance with the airlines branding and customer experience guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform tasks to a high standard.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations.
• Ability to handle and operate cleaning and cabin presentation equipment.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft safety protocols is preferred but not essential.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within aviation or hospitality, is highly desirable.
• Experience in a cleaning or maintenance role within a similar environment is beneficial.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Shifts vary based on the flight schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
