Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a dedicated and professional Aircraft Cabin Presentation Crew member to join our team at the Gold Coast Airport. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service, you will be responsible for ensuring that the interior of aircrafts are presented to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and inspection of aircraft cabins, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Prepare aircraft interiors before passenger boarding, including arranging seat configurations, placing safety cards, pillows, blankets, and other in-flight items.
• Conduct quality checks for cabin cleanliness, functionality of safety equipment, and overall presentation before each flight.
• Work closely with the airlines operational team to meet deadlines and ensure that cabins are ready for passengers.
• Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards, following all procedures during cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist with the removal and storage of materials post-flight, ensuring any items left behind are securely removed.
• Report any issues with cabin equipment or amenities to supervisors for immediate resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to aircraft cabin environments.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work schedule and respond to changing priorities.

Experience

• Previous experience in cabin cleaning, hospitality, or similar roles within aviation or customer service industries is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.
• Prior knowledge or certification in aviation-related safety and cleaning standards is a plus.

Working Hours

• Shifts will vary and may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on flight schedules and operational needs.
