Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internet research and prepare reports or summaries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email or chat.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access for team members.
  • Assist with basic data entry, database management, and project tracking.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to streamline office operations.
  • Create and edit presentations and documents as required by different departments.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all logistical details are handled.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and remote communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a related field.
  • Experience in customer support or managing administrative tasks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours (Full-time or part-time options available).
  • Must be available for meetings and collaboration during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
  • Ability to adjust schedule based on project needs.
