Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling for team members.
- Conduct internet research and prepare reports or summaries.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email or chat.
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access for team members.
- Assist with basic data entry, database management, and project tracking.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to streamline office operations.
- Create and edit presentations and documents as required by different departments.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and remote communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a related field.
- Experience in customer support or managing administrative tasks is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours (Full-time or part-time options available).
- Must be available for meetings and collaboration during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
- Ability to adjust schedule based on project needs.
