Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Mexico. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet Amazons high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.

• Pick and fill orders from stock.

• Pack, wrap, and label orders for shipment.

• Load and unload packages from delivery trucks.

• Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and forklifts (training provided).

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazons standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Basic reading and math skills.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

• No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or fulfillment centers is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.

• Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed.

• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.
