Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant (Female) to support our team with administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for executives or teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional responses.

- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and create presentations.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Conduct basic online research and summarize findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional and courteous attitude when handling client interactions.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) is a plus.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Experience in customer service or executive support is an advantage.
Working Hours
