Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates).

Working Hours

• This is a part-time remote position.

• Saturday & Sunday shifts (specific hours to be discussed based on availability).
