Job Summary

OneTech Associates is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insightful reports, dashboards, and recommendations that drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes.
• Identify business challenges and opportunities based on data-driven insights.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reports and dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Effective communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (internships or academic projects count).
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools preferred but not required.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Flexible working hours based on business needs.
• Remote work with occasional virtual team meetings.
